If you’re looking for the best way to pump up your macros and do it luxuriously, then caviar and roe may be your answer! Caviar is a rich, calorie-dense food that’s a good source of protein, Vitamins A, B12, B6, C and D. It’s also rich in Magnesium and Iron, Selenium and Calcium, with a good amount of amino acids like lysine, isoleucine, and methionine plus loads of anti-inflammatory Omega-3 thrown in for good measure.

We like to keep it classy. We serve one ounce of Caviar or Roe with creme fraiche, crepe, smoked egg yolk, and chilled absolut elyx vodka.

Our menu boasts many options. If you’re looking for shellfish, we have oyster specials every Tuesday, and our shrimp cocktail is to die for. 

If you’re looking for something light, our Spring Bibb Salad has turned quite a few heads as it makes its way to tables, and with entrées, the sky’s the limit. Whether you’re looking for savory roasted chicken with black truffle cream, potatoes, and herbs, or seared scallops with cauliflower, romanesco, truffle, and citrus, we’ve got you covered. 

If dinner for 2 (or more) is more your speed, then you want to be on the look for our whole dry aged duck with crepes, sunchoke, and marmalade. At any rate, we’ll have a table ready for you, and we’ll serve up a meal to remember.
