Venteux is a stylish and modern French brasserie that specializes
in perfectly-executed and refined contemporary fare.

Located in Chicago's iconic Art Deco-inspired Carbide and Carbon Building, Venteux is as energetic as a bustling Paris street while still rebelliously romantic. Helmed by Chicago native Donald Young, one of the youngest American chefs to earn a Michelin star, Venteux is rich with traditional French cuisine, such as Duck Confit. Steak Au Poivre and an array of seafood dishes.

Upon arrival. guests are immediately drawn to master craftsmanship of the spotless brass fixtures and the centrally-located oyster bar, where freshly flown-in oysters from the United States coasts are perfectly shucked. Venteux's dining room radiates sophistication and sass as modernized vintage decor and tuft fabric chairs sit under soft lighting. Guests are encouraged to pair meals with fine Bordeaux's or aged cabernets from the restaurant's vast wine list. In addition to the spirited dining room atmosphere and crowd-pleasing scene. Venteux also features a coffee bar for on-the-go guests who want to indulge freshly-baked pastries and croissants and smooth, aromatic coffees.

COMING SPRING 2021

Situated within blocks of Lake Michigan and nestled in the skyscraper-assisted shadows of the world-famous Michigan Avenue. Venteux is set to open in April 2021 and add to the nearly 100-year history of the Carbide and Carbon Building.

Venteux will be open for vibrant breakfasts. business-friendly lunches. and memorable dinners of bold flavors. all of which will transport guests to their favorite bistros on the Champs-Elysees.
