Dinner menu aside, sometimes we need to talk about what we’re going to drink. One of the most important things we have to set the mood is the proper food and drink pairing. Luckily there is no shortage of either at Venteux Chicago. From specialty cocktails to seasonal cocktails, to bottled and draft beer, to champagne, to red and white wines, and top shelf spirits, not a single stone goes unturned in getting the perfect drink in your hands.

Our craft cocktail program leaves little to be desired. Whether you want to “Spill the Tea” with Mallorca melon tea infused casamigos, casamigos mezcal, serranos, lime, agave, and tajin, or keep it simple with a French Martini with Absolut Elyx Vodka, Pineapple, Chambord, there’s plenty more where that came from. 

Seasonal cocktails

Our seasonal cocktails change… well, you get it… seasonally, but our current offerings include but are not limited to our Razzle Dazzle with white rum, lime, raspberry, and simple, and our Younger than Springtime with Bombay sapphire gin, lavender, elderflower, and egg white. The best part about seasonal cocktails is that if you grow tired of a certain mix, you’re only a couple months away from a whole new selection of cocktails. 

Not the cocktail type? 

If you’re in the mood to keep it simple our full menu boats bottled and draft beer, champagne, pink & white wine, red wine, Rosés, French whites, pinot noir, cabernet, elegant reds, French reds, port & dessert wine, vodka, bourbon/rye, scotch, gin, cognac, tequila, and mezcal. We only carry the highest quality wines and spirits, and if you have a preferred cocktail in mind, you can rest assured that we can mix something up for you that you’ll call your new favorite drink.
